One of our favorites! Red Kuri Squash has arrived. We love to cook it and enjoy the smooth & tender texture with a sweet, chestnut-like flavor. Very unique, and so perfect for seasonal eating. Sold in eaches, with the squash weighs ~2.5-3#.

It’s a great source of Vitamins A & C and contains calcium, potassium + iron. It’s great roasted, sauteed, baked or boiled - and we eat with the skin ON!
