Heritage Harvest is looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Harvest Hub Operations Coordinator to join our farm team.

This hands-on role is responsible for overseeing weekly packing operations of our farm’s food orders and delivering them to customers across the Piedmont Triad, including families, chefs and more. You’ll work both independently and with our farm crew to ensure every order is packed with care and delivered on time.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Can work both independently and with a small team

  • Enjoys building relationships with customers

  • Has a clean driving record and reliable transportation (farm vehicles are provided for delivery routes)

  • Is comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Bonus:
This role can expand to full-time if you’re also interested in working farmers markets as part of our booth team on weekends — engaging directly with customers, setting up displays, and sharing the story behind our food.

Schedule: 3–4 days per week (~8 hrs/day) with additional weekend hours if working market

Compensation: Hourly pay + eligibility for promotion and benefits with full-time status

Interest in mushrooms, flowers, wellness & sustainable food systems is a must.
Experience with restaurants, back-of-house, or local food logistics is a plus.

Love farmers markets? Come be part of our booth team at Cobblestone & Davidson Farmers Markets! Duties include market set-up, and efficiently running the HHF booth during market.

Must be detail-oriented, have reliable transportation and enjoy being in a fast-paced, energetic sales setting & engaging with customers. Interest in mushrooms, flowers, natural wellness & sustainable farming a must. Previous retail, service or farmers market experience a plus.

Compensation: Hourly pay with the ability for promotion & benefits. 8+ hours per week.
