Field Crew
Work includes field tasks such as planting, harvesting, weeding, field maintenance, and mushroom production. The farm is located in Pfafftown (just outside Winston-Salem).
Starting pay is $14/hour with a paid lunch break. At the end of each week, workers receive fresh produce and flowers when extras are available. Positions can be full-time or part-time depending on performance, experience and team needs.
Workers must:
Have reliable transportation to and from the farm
Be able to work in all types of weather
Be able to lift 50lbs,, stand and bend for lengths of time
Workers begin as 1099 contractors and may be considered for W2 employment after 90 days. We’re looking for dependable individuals with experience in farm labor. We value our team highly and offer a positive, collaborative work environment.

Love farmers markets? Come be part of our booth team at Cobblestone & Davidson Farmers Markets! Duties include market set-up, and efficiently running the HHF booth during market.
Must be detail-oriented, have reliable transportation and enjoy being in a fast-paced, energetic sales setting & engaging with customers. Interest in mushrooms, flowers, natural wellness & sustainable farming a must. Previous retail, service or farmers market experience a plus.
Compensation: Hourly pay with the ability for promotion & benefits. 8+ hours per week.
