GORGEOUS Purple Sweet Potatoes have arrived!

Purple sweets can be used just like orange or white sweet potatoes, though they should be cooked for longer as they are denser & drier than other sweet potatoes. Their purple color comes anthocyanin, which gives cherries, purple carrots & other deep-hued foods their pigment & is great for vein + heart health (among other benefits).. that makes food look pretty is touted as having beneficial health effects.
