Our Golden Enoki mushrooms are a chef-loved variety known for their long, slender stems and petite golden caps. Each cluster is tightly packed and about 4–6 inches tall, with a crunchy bite and mild, slightly fruity-sweet flavor. Sold in 1/2# units this week.
Golden Enoki grow in elegant, cascading bunches with slender, noodle-like stems and vibrant yellow-gold heads. They are mild, subtly nutty and hold up well in broths and sautés without overpowering other flavors
