Crisp, sweet, and perfectly tender - Little Gem is the “best of both worlds” lettuce: the crunch of romaine with the buttery bite of a baby lettuce. It’s sturdy enough for chopped salads and wraps, but delicate enough to eat straight from the bowl.

Grown locally by our friend Miss Angel’s Farm in Mt. Airy, NC and harvested fresh for your order.

Each order is ~1/2 lb, which is typically 2–3 heads (size varies slightly week to week).

How to use it

• Chop for a bright, crunchy salad base

• Make a quick Caesar-style salad

• Use whole leaves as wraps for tacos or bowls

Storage tip: keep chilled and dry (a paper towel in the bag helps) for the best crispness.
