This isn’t your average coffee subscription. It's a one-of-a-kind collaboration with our friend and farm fam member Mark Degan, a small-batch roaster based in Davidson, NC, who crafts each roast based on your unique preferences and what’s freshest and best in-season - just like how we farm.

How It Works

Start by taking our Flavor Profile Quiz, built by Mark himself, to uncover your ideal taste - whether that's bold and earthy, bright and fruity, or smooth and mellow. Once you’re dialed in, Mark hand-selects the perfect coffee from his rotating lineup of seasonally sourced, single-origin beans, and roasts it just for you.

Because everything is roasted to order, your subscription ships the week after your order is placed, giving Mark time to source, roast, and prepare your custom bag.

Each shipment includes:

• One 10oz bag of freshly roasted, profile-matched coffee

• A rotating selection based on seasonal availability

• A QR code linking you to the full origin story: farm, processing method, tasting notes, and more
