Arugula is a delicious, nutrient-dense green that is high in fiber & phytochemicals. It’s is low in sugar, calories, carbohydrates, and fat. It’s high in several vital nutrients - including calcium, potassium, folate & Vitamins A, C & K. Each serving is ~8oz of fresh arugula is grown right here and freshly harvested from our fields. You will need to wash the arugula at home before eating (literally harvested and bagged for you!).
